6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.


  • Late Registration Available – Please note that participants registering on race morning WILL NOT be able to be chip-timed in the event. T-shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants.
  • Packet Pick Up – Available for all pre-registered participants in tent area. We strongly encourage you to pick up your packets early if at all possible.
  • Timing Chip Pick Up – NEW THIS YEAR: We are going to RFID Timing Chips. All timing chips will be affixed to your race bibs. You must follow the instructions for correct placement for the chip to be effective. Timing chips are only provided to advance registrants for the 5-mile and 5K events.

  • Free Skin Screenings by Moffitt's Mole Patrol®.
  • Post-Race Massage available for race participants and provided by Florida State Massage Therapy Association for a nominal fee
  • Stop by the Post Race Food tent to re-fuel

Overall Winners Announced at Stage – Milestone Awards will be given to the top three male and female winners in Overall, Masters and Survivor categories for the 5K and 5 Mile. First-, second- and third-place award winners in each age group from 9-and-under to 80-and-over can stop by the Stage area to pick up their awards during the event. Trophies will be awarded for the 5-Mile and 5K event only.

Tips for Race Day

  • Plan to arrive at least one hour ahead of time for your event. Roads along the race route will be blocked and registration will be closed prior to the Welcome Remarks at 7:15 a.m.
  • Race Management reserves the right to refuse any entry.
  • NO BABY JOGGERS, ROLLERBLADES, HEAD PHONES OR PETS PERMITTED.
  • Strollers are allowed, but you will be asked to line up in the staging area behind the runners for everyone’s safety.
  • USATF Certified and Champion Chip timed for 5-mile and 5K events only.
  • There will be age group awards for the 5-mile and 5K races only.

Awards

Miles for Moffitt Milestone Awards, along with gift certificates from Columbia Restaurant and Feet First, will be given to the top male and female winners in the Overall, Masters and Survivor categories. Miles for Moffitt Milestone Awards will be given to the men, women and youths who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the following age divisions:

9 and under
10 – 14
15 – 19
20 – 24
25 – 29
30 – 34
35 – 39
40 – 44
45 – 49
50 – 54
55 – 59
60 – 64
65 – 69
70 – 74
75 – 79
80 and over
